This WOD was programmed on July 17th, 2012…Check on WODhub or in your personal log books before coming to class to better prepare you for today and lets see how many PR’s are hit.  Can’t stress enough the importance of writing down your scores and keeping good records to help you attain your “small” goals!  You might just use a slightly heaver KB this time than last or you might finish 1 or 2 minutes sooner,,,whatever it is, it’s amazing and tangible progress that fuels your fire to become better!
