    That kicked my butt! 24:48 time and 25lbs on the KB swing A little slow..but met my goal of all the boxjumps at 20..no more switching to the stack of weights!

  2. Conflicting morning appt. kept me from attending today’s Yoga class, soooooo I went for a early morning 1.5 run, and cowpet east & west stair sprints. I then decided to check in to see what today’s WOD was as time was on my side, so I added the 75 burpee’s to the mix, with the 6 in. touch jump. Took it slow and steady and got them all in. Add the KB swings and box jumps and this is a holy crap WOD!
    GREAT job all who challenged it!!!!!!
