“Tabata This”
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets. Complete one tabata interval for each:
Row (count calories)
Squat
Handstand holds (1 sec = 1 point)
Pullups
Situps
1 minute rest between exercises. Your score is the sum total of the lowest scores in each interval.
