WB-BurpeesDay 1 – Sunday Jan 26th – Travel Day

Air travel to St. Thomas, USVI (STT).  Check in to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort

Day 2 – Monday Jan 27th – Chad Vaughn

10AM-12PM – Snatch skills.  Chad will break down the snatch, common faults and technical cues to help improve your snatch.
12PM-1PM – Max snatch.  Time to take Chad’s advice and PR your snatch!
1PM-2PM – Lunch break.
2PM-4PM – Clean and jerk skills.  Learn how to move just like that slow-mo video he does…
4PM-5PM – Max clean and jerk.  PR time again!

10AM-11AM – The man of few words will talk a little about himself.  Find out what makes him tick.
11AM-1PM – The CrossFit Total – arguably one of the strongest athletes in CrossFit, Marcus will breakdown the technique behind the three big lifts: strict press, back squat and dead lift.  Then it’s “max out” time.  Time to use his coaching to set some new PRs!
1PM-2PM – Lunch Break.
2PM-3:30PM – Classroom instruction. How did Marcus find the 2013 open? How did he break down and game plan each week’s workout?  How did his training change heading into Regionals?
3:30PM-5PM – Time to hit a Regional style WOD!

Day 4 – Wednesday Jan 29th – Daniel Petro

P926018810AM-11:30AM – Daniel will talk about his training approach for the 2013 CrossFit Games.  He will then discuss how to train for the Open and how to strategize the Open WODs heading into the 2014 CrossFit Games season.
11:30AM-1PM – WOD time.  Let Daniel coach you through an Open-style WOD including proper scaling.
1PM-2PM – Lunch Break.
2PM-3PM – Regionals preparation.  How it differs from Open preparation. The aim is to have you both mentally and physically prepared ANY competition.
3PM-5PM – Regional-style WOD!

Day 5 – Thursday Jan 30th – Scott Panchik

10AM-11:30AM – Scott Panchik is not only one of the fittest men in the world but he is arguably also one of the mentally toughest competitors.  Scott will give you insight into what makes him so mentally tough, from mental preparation and visualization to handling adversity.
Beach-WOD11:30PM-1PM – Time to test that mental game with a WOD programmed by Scott.
1PM-2PM – Lunch Break.
2PM-3:30PM – Scott’s favorite CrossFit movements are cleans, jerks and thrusters!  The afternoon will be based around learning movement efficiency for these three movements.  Scott will teach you how to move fast and efficiently, especially while under fatigue.
3:30PM-5PM – So… time to put the theory into practice.  Rumor has it this could be a double WOD.  Using the movements you have just learned how to perform better.  Cleans, jerks and thrusters.  Fran and Grace anyone?

Day 6 – Friday Jan 31st – Beach Competition/After Party

Morning – Have fun!  Relax, snorkel, whatever.
BeachWOD-202PM – Meet at Iggies Bar and Restaurant for team competition briefing.  On the beach next to the hotel!
3PM – Start competition
5PM – Finish competition
6PM – Dinner and party with live entertainment!
Late – Stumble home or to other bar

Day 7 – Saturday Feb 1st – Travel Day

Check out of Bolongo Bay Beach Resort.  Air travel home.
