  4. You guys rocked it!! Prego slow Mama made it through 1 round with a few modifications. Would have been fun to join you all but had to go solo today. “Marathon” – 22:05 (1 round) pull-ups, step ups, and ring rows instead of T2B, Boxjumps and sit-ups. It was awesome!
