Find 3RM Pushpress
Then For Time:
KB Swings (53, 35)/Lateral Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
KB Swings/Lateral Burpees
Rest 1 Minute
KB Swings/Lateral Burpees

Lateral burpees, find a line on the floor. Start your burpees parallel to the line, and jump over it sideways into your burpee. Both feet must leave the ground and land at the same time. These are just like over-the-bar burpees, but without the bar.

  1. Another great one!! Time today: 14:28 (35#). Not sure if the time includes rest periods…forgot to ask.

    • You could do one total time or break it up so you would have 3 split times that wouldn’t include the rest time. Great job girl!!
