How long can you hang on?

No separate running WOD today.

Today is our last day… Day 30 of the Paleo Challenge!  Congrats to all who made it the full 30 days!  Make sure you get at least one of the “Girls” done this week.  The week is programmed like week one so plan to do the same WODs that you did that week so we can see your progress.  The scale will be back in the gym on Wednesday and we will take the rest of the week to take measurements, photos and collect everyone’s food log/point capture.  If you maintained the provided excel food log please email it to jenn@crossfitsthomas.com  if you did not use the spreadsheet please make sure your index card on the board is up to date and complete by COB Friday.  We are looking forward to seeing the results.
