6 Power Snatches (75/55)
9 Hand Release Push Ups
12 Lateral Jumps Over the Bar
*Rest 2 Minutes in between Rounds

Unloaded STRENGTH:
Turkish Get Up 10 Times on each side

Unloaded WOD:
“Rest is needed unloaded”

9 Hand Release Pushups
12 Mountain Climbers
15 Lateral Jumps 6 inches high
*Rest 2 Minutes in between Rounds
