CrossFit Classes: 
Mon – Fri 5am, 6am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Every Saturday: Olympic Lifting Class 8:30-9:30am then 9:30am Partner/Team WOD

CrossFit Boot Camp Classes as the Tuesday and Thursday at 10am and 4pm

CrossFit Teens Saturday 10:30am-11:30am 

The Beginners Courses start EVERY Monday. The course will run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday @ 6pm Please contact us to sign up today!

Upcoming Schedule of Events

To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery.  Sessions last approximately an hour to include individual warm-up, group warm-up, skill work, WOD explanation and demo, WOD, and cool down/mobility work as time permits.  Would you like to see a different time/day of the week offered?  Let us know.
