CrossFit Teens Saturday 10:30am-11:30am – ages 12-16

Upcoming Schedule of Events
To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery. Sessions last approximately an hour to include individual warm-up, group warm-up, skill work, WOD explanation and demo, WOD, and cool down/mobility work as time permits.
