Open WOD 1

OK folks, in case you haven’t seen, the first Open WOD published last night and it is:
Max burpees in 7 minutes.

For those competing you can do this WOD at Saturday at 1000.

Please let us know if you must do the WOD on Friday at 0630 or 0830 as we will only have one trainer at those times and need to ensure we can judge each competitor.  Send an email to jenn@crossfitstthomas.com.  We will stagger starts to ensure each competitor gets a coach.  Good luck!

For those not competing and also coming both Fri and Sat we will have an additional WOD available.
