All new members must complete the Elements Course!
Regardless of your athletic ability or current fitness level, CrossFit is for YOU and the Elements Course is where to start. It is designed to instruct you on the foundations of CrossFit, including the form and technique of our fundamental movements, philosophy behind our programming, and nutritional strategies we use to get incredible results. During these sessions we will slowly ramp up the intensity while assessing your movements to help improve your flexibility, performance, and safety. Each course starts on a Monday and lasts 6 sessions over 2 weeks (3 sessions per week, Mon/Wed/Fri) with a make-up session each Saturday. All attendees are required to be at every session. If you miss one you must make it up at the Saturday session or with a private session. 12 person limit per course.

The cost of the Elements Course is a one-time, up-front payment of $160. The course fee must be paid in full to lock in your place.

Once you are finished you may join regular group training at any of our Membership Rates or simply pay the Drop-In Fee per session!
Have you been doing CrossFit at another Affiliate?
You may be able to forgo the Elements Course by having your coach contact us via our Contact Form. We will talk with him or her to determine if you’d be better suited doing the Elements Course or starting with the group training.
