Boot Camp Workouts

You will now see a Boot Camp version of the workout on every WOD post.  This version is a more cardio base workout with little to no weights.  You complete this version in the regular class. Coach Rachel still gives you instructions, watching form and gives correcting ques. This version is for any individuals, as well as for the children.  No CrossFit experience necessary to join our classes and the first class is FREE. Come see why our members are always smiling.
