Jenn Irwin (Owner/Trainer)
Jenn is a former Naval Surface Warfare and Civil Engineer Corps Officer turned full-time mother of three boys. In addition to being a general fitness enthusiast, she has played competitive basketball and volleyball.
Jenn first heard of CrossFit in 1998 from a friend but it wasn’t until ten years later that another friend and Level II CrossFit Trainer really introduced her to the CrossFit methodology as a way to get back in shape after the birth of her second child. The results were incredible and far exceeded anything she could have hoped for from other workout programs. Beyond the physical benefits of CrossFit, she is amazed at the sense of confidence it brings to people when they start to do things they never thought possible. It’s one of the many additional benefits that she believes makes CrossFit superior to anything else out there.
