Reebok CrossFit St. Thomas is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located under the MCM Center at the Antilles School just East of Havensight in a 1600 square foot space. Showers and restrooms are available in the MCM so we can utilize our entire footprint for training. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
At Reebok CrossFit St. Thomas, we bring out your inner athlete and make you part of something special. Everyday our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked. Together we work, sweat and tackle our weaknesses so that we may get stronger, faster and better…together. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At Reebok CrossFit St. Thomas there are no egos, no cheaters and no bad attitudes. CrossFit Kids and Teen Programs
Reebok CrossFit St. Thomas also offers CrossFit Kids and Teen Programs. As stated above, CrossFit teaches safe, functional, everyday movements that are constantly varied. As an extension of this philosophy, our CrossFit Kids program pairs fitness with fun to encourage wellness as a lifestyle and uses games and simple, fun cues to guide children’s understanding of movement and fitness. The encouragement and reinforcement of these concepts by coaches, peers, and especially parents can cultivate and shape their lives for the better. Our experienced coaching staff is currently comprised of two coaches: Keri Landry and Rachel Miller. Both coaches are certified CrossFit Kids Trainers, as well as certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainers. Coach Keri has been coaching kids for over a decade and Coach Rachel has been involved with our CrossFit Kids program since she joined our team in Spring of 2014.
